Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup ketchup
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1 egg
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp pepper
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, milk, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
3. Divide the meat mixture in half and pat one half into a rectangle on the prepared baking sheet.
