Ingredients:
– 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 onion, diced
– 1 bell pepper, diced
– 1 can diced tomatoes
– 1 cup corn
– 1 tsp chili powder
– 1/2 tsp cumin
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Shredded cheddar cheese for topping

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. In a large skillet, sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened.
3. Add the beans, diced tomatoes, corn, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
