Ingredients:
– 1 head of cabbage
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 cup cooked rice
– 1 onion, diced
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 1 can tomato sauce
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Carefully remove the cabbage leaves and blanch them in the boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then set aside.
3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the diced onion and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Once the ground beef is cooked, remove from heat and stir in the cooked rice.
5. Place a spoonful of the ground beef mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll up tightly.
6. Place the stuffed cabbage rolls in a baking dish and pour the tomato sauce over the top.
7. Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
