Pumpkin Streusel Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup water
Streusel Topping:
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp cold butter, cubed
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- In a separate bowl, beat together oil, eggs, sugar, pumpkin puree, and water until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the streusel topping. Cut in the butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle streusel over the batter in the loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
