- 1 tablespoon chili powder

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and red bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Stir in rice, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, salsa, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
