Who doesn’t love a heaping plate of nachos loaded with all your favorite toppings? These Loaded Taco Shell Nachos are sure to be a hit with your family and friends. Perfect for game day, movie night, or a simple weeknight dinner, these nachos are the ultimate comfort food with a twist!

Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 packet taco seasoning
– 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
– 1/4 cup sliced black olives
– 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
– 1/4 cup diced red onion
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup guacamole

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
3. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions.
4. While the beef is cooking, arrange the taco shells on a baking sheet.
5. Once the beef is cooked, spoon it into the taco shells.
6. Top with black beans and cheddar cheese.
7. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Remove from the oven and top with tomatoes, olives, jalapeños, red onion, and cilantro.
9. Serve with sour cream and guacamole on the side.
