Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground beef

– 1 egg

– 1 tsp onion powder

– 4 cups diced potatoes
– 1 cup chopped onions
– 1 cup diced carrots
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1 cup tomato sauce
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions:
