Easy Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients:
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
– 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 package (25 ounces) frozen cheese ravioli
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the meat is browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Stir in the marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce in the bottom of the crockpot.
4. Add a layer of frozen ravioli, followed by a layer of the meat sauce, and a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the ravioli is tender.
6. Serve garnished with fresh basil.
