Ingredients:
– 1 pound ground sausage
– 1 onion, diced
– 1 red bell pepper, diced
– 1 (30 oz) package frozen shredded hashbrowns
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 6 large eggs
– 1 cup milk
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large skillet, cook the sausage, onion, and bell pepper until the sausage is browned and the vegetables are softened. Drain any excess grease.
