Cheesy Taco Crescent Bake
Who doesn’t love a delicious and easy-to-make casserole that the whole family will enjoy? This Cheesy Taco Crescent Bake is a perfect weeknight meal that is sure to please even the pickiest eaters. The combination of seasoned ground beef, gooey cheese, and flaky crescent rolls creates a mouthwatering dish that will have everyone coming back for seconds.
Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 packet taco seasoning
– 1 can crescent rolls
– 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
– 1 can diced tomatoes
– Optional toppings: sour cream, diced avocado, chopped cilantro
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
3. Stir in the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes, and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Roll out the crescent rolls on a baking sheet into a rectangle.
5. Spoon the beef mixture onto the crescent rolls, leaving a border around the edges.
6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the beef mixture.
7. Roll up the crescent rolls starting from the shortest side.
8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
