Cheesy Beef and Bean Enchilada Bake

Ingredients:
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 can (10 ounces) red enchilada sauce
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
– 1 can (4.5 ounces) chopped green chilies
– 1 packet taco seasoning
– 1 package corn tortillas
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
3. Add taco seasoning, black beans, green chilies, and enchilada sauce to the skillet. Stir to combine.
4. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer corn tortillas, beef and bean mixture, and shredded cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
