Warm up those chilly evenings with this hearty Beef and Bacon Chili! Packed with savory flavors and a touch of smokiness, this dish is sure to become a family favorite. Plus, it’s easy to prepare and perfect for leftovers!

Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 lb bacon, chopped
– 1 onion, diced
– 1 bell pepper, diced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 can diced tomatoes
– 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 cup beef broth
– 2 tbsp chili powder
– 1 tsp cumin
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from pot and set aside.
2. In the same pot, brown the ground beef with onions, bell pepper, and garlic until cooked through.
3. Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the pot.
4. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve hot topped with crispy bacon.
