– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 cups diced potatoes

– 1 can cream of mushroom soup
– 1/2 cup milk
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned. Drain any excess fat.
3. In a greased casserole dish, layer the diced potatoes, beef mixture, and cheddar cheese.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the layers in the casserole dish.
